Superb ground floor accommodation, situated in a quiet location with both off road parking and its own garden. Fully equipped and offering everything you could need from a holiday apartment. The holiday home is within walking distance of both the town and Weymouths stunning seafront.
The property is a one bedroomed apartment with a double bed settee. There is also a single pull out bed and travel cot available. Ther is a storage shed for any bikes pushchairs watersports equipment/beach stuff etc.
An ideal location from which to explore the surrounding countryside and Englands first Natural world heritage site that is the beautiful Dorset and Devon coastline. 10 Minutes drive from the mouth of Chesil beach.
The property has a well fitted, fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle and ample storage cupboards etc. A hoover, iron and ironing board and hi-chair are all provided. The good sized bathroom boasts a corner bath with power shower over.
The double bedroom has ample storage space for clothes/cases, a travel cot and or single pull out bed. There is a comfortable living room with T.V, DVD and CD player with a pull out dining table, and a bookself containg a wealth of literarture of local interest and places to visit.
There is an enclosed garden with table and chairs, BBQ, washing line, childrens blow up paddling pool and a storage shed with washing machine and safe storage for your use. The property has off road parking which would also accommodate a trailer should you need to bring one with you.
All bed linen towels and kitchen linen are provided, and all gas and electric used are also included in the price of your stay. Complimentary Tea, sugar and a pint of milk are provided for your arrival.
We are ideally located as previously stated, just a 5 minute walk from a post office, 3 various take away establishments, tesco express store, off license, paper shop, betting shop, bakery and public house. The train station and seafront are less than 1/2 mile away with Weymouth's town centre approx 15-20 minute walk.

Within a 10 minute walk there is also a day ticket fishing lake, sea life centre, bird sanctury, nature reserve, pitch and putt golf course, childrens play park, tennis courts, swimming pool, and a family pub with a childrens ball pit.
There are a wealth of boat trips to chose from, including ferry trips to both Guernsey and Jersey. The island of Portland to explore with its quarries, Castles the lighthouse and the mouth of the stunning world famous Chesil Beach.
A juarassic coast open top bus that go from Swanage to Lyme Regis. The Cearne Abbas giant, the world famous abbotsbury swannery, Lulworth Cove all approximatley 1/2 hours drive away.
With fantastic beaches to enjoy locally there are also a great choice of castles, museums, monuments, watersports, historic villages, unique Islands, hill and country walks, stately homes, gardens and fossil hunting for you to experience.

Rental Notes: Our changeover day is usually a Saturday although we do offer short breaks so days will vary according to what you will require.
When booking you will be required to pay £100 deposit to secure your holiday dates. The balance will then become due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If your start date is within the next 8 weeks the full amount is payable. You will be able to gain access from 2pm on the day of your arrival ( Earlier if there is no leaving guests on that day).
