The accommodation comprises: entrance hall with door through to large lounge/dining room with feature bay window and patio doors out on to a paved area providing superb sea views across Abersoch towards Llanbedrog headland and the Welsh mountains in the distance. The lounge has a real coal fire, comfortable leather sofas, T.V., DVD, video and sky with basic package. There is also a dining table and chairs. A fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, oven and grill and larder fridge.
The first floor accommodation comprises bedroom 1 twin beds and fabulous sea view. Family bathroom with bath, W.C. and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 double bed and fabulous sea views. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 contains two sets of bunk beds, portable T.V./ video and has sea views.
Off the main hallway there is a ground floor cloakroom/utility containing w.c. and bidet, washing machine and freezer. The shower in this room is not in use. Outside is off road parking for two vehicles and a lawned garden with table and chairs and a barbeque.
