This impressive stone manor house, dating back to the 13th century, has been recently converted into a charm and refined country vacation rentals, where the subtle pastel shades, together with the carefully selected furnishings, contrast perfectly with the severity of the stone, the red-baked floor tiles, the wood and the wrought iron to create a personal and pleasant ambience which appears fresh and new.
Now the Country House Torre del Guado, sat in beautifully maintained and equipped gardens, is an elegant holiday farmhouse, located in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo and close to Umbria.
Details of the apartment Iris: This 1 level splendid apartment, with 2 very large rooms, occupies 90 m² and is perfect for honeymoon or small family groups.-Far from the typology of the other ones, this apartment is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment.
It enjoys of great privacy because it is located at the first floor of the most ancient site of the villa, with its own private entrance. You find a very large living room with: 1 double sofa-bed and 1 single armchair-bed, fully equipped kitchenette (4 plates gas, refrigerator, compartment ice, microwave), dining table for 8, TV sat, washing-machine. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC.
Single heating with counter, wireless internet provided on demand. Linens, towels, swimming pool towels and tables cloche, iron and hair dryer are furnished. Cot and highchairs for babies available by requested. This apartment has a small porch and a private garden furniture under the outdoor stairs. It sleeps 2+3.

They all are easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa.

Many bars and fresh grocers with lots of local products, great butcher (salami and prosciutto are hand made by the owner butcher who keeps his pigs/cattles at a nearby farm where they are raised in open space), Countless lovely restaurants. If you are porcini/truffle lover, you should try restaurants in Caprese Michelangelo (30min), the natal village of the great painter Michelangelo!
Torre del Guado is easily accessible from Rome, Florence, Forlì and Perugia airports. Fly direct to Perugia, Bologna-Forli via Ryanair, or to Florence , or to Ancona via Ryanair (2 hours' drive).
