Built in late 2005 by Mecitoglu Homes (highly respected in Turkey for their quality builds) the apartment has been finished off inside with everything you would expect to find in your own English home, including TV, DVD, Satellite, Broadband, washing machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer, saucepans plus more.
Outside the apartment the atmosphere is alive with the tradition of Turkey. The apartment is set in the old town, yet only a 5 minute walk from restaurants, shops and public transport to the beaches, ancient city of SIDE and the city of MANAVGAT is just 10 minutes away by Dolmus – local minibus. The site is secure and patrolled 24 hours a day.
Our apartment is on the ground floor with uninterrupted views over the old town, mountains, sea in the distance and of course, the sun terrace and swimming pool. Relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down behind the mountains as you sip your cocktails before leaving for the local restaurants.
There are two bedrooms, both leading to a shared balcony. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobes, dressing table and safe (free use). The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobes. Air conditioning. The kitchen has a four burner hob (both electric and gas), oven, full height fridge freezer. Air conditioning. The modern fully tiled bathroom has 24 hour hot water to the walk in shower and sinks. There is a fantastic fully fitted gymnasium and sauna for your use.

Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Parking, Balcony. Both balconies have chairs and tables. The sun terrace has ample sun-beds. The pool is rarely busy at any time of the day.

There are 10 steps into the complex and a further 4 into the apartment block. This makes it difficult for whellchair access.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies. Ash-trays are provided for this.
Local activities in and around Side, Mediterranean Coast
The ancient city ruins of Side date back to 200AD and you can walk for hours around the interesting site. The beaches, which have soft sand, have all the water sports on offer including, para-gliding, diving, jet-skis, etc. The beaches, which are 3 minutes drive away, offer a free transfer and return service from the apartment. In Antiq Side there is a bazaar with almost 3,500 shops to haggle with.
Trips go to waterfalls, white water rafting, mountains, lake and sea cruises, safari, quad bikes and many more. So much to do, or just relax in the all year round mild climate. In Side during the winter months you can go skiing 80 minutes away then lay in the sun during the afternoon. Most shops are open until midnight and beyond.
The harbour has an abundance of restaurants catering for every possible taste. Either side of the harbour there are two stretches of sandy beaches, both with sun-beds and umbrellas. During the summer months the sea reaches almost 70 degrees. If you prefer a more secluded beach with sand dunes is located to the left and is known as East Beach. There are a lot of water sports from the main beaches including paragliding, banana boat and jet ski’s.
Golf: Lots of courses close by, including Belek, which is world famous.
Local stores: Several small stores for immediate food supplies within walking distance. Most are open until very late at night. For main grocery stores there is Migros supermarket in Manavgat, about 4 miles away.
A local bakery is 2 miles away on the road to Manavgat. Within 10 minutes walk - Corner Shop, Fruit & Veg, Hardware store, Chemist.
The medical services in Side / Manavgat are excellent and of a high standard. There are several Clinics in the area.
Broadband Internet Connection is available through two sockets in the apartment. There is an Ethernet “LAN” lead in the apartment which will directly connect between your own PC and the Internet. It should be possible to run a VPN tunnel across this link.

Dual carraigeway towards Alanya for 45 miles. At Manavgat outskirts turn right at traffic lights towards SIDE. Left at first roundabout (ANTIQ SIDE). 4th roundabout turn left to Green roof apartments.

Rental Notes: The apartment is prepared for you by our Turkey agent, before you arrive, including the making of beds in the main bedrooms if you are arriving during the night. There is a contact number available if you should have any urgent problems while on site.
Transport can be arranged for you from the airport to the apartment and return for approx £70.00 return. This is a significant saving over Taxi fares. If you use our regular courier he stops at all night shops for you to buy essentials on the way from the airport. We also have a good contact for very competitive car hire from the airport - cheaper than the resort!
