The property is situated in the beautiful village of Novo Panicheravo, nestling close to the Stranja Mountains, within a nature reserve area. The location makes it an excellent base for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is also great for those people who enjoy a walking holiday or an active break with other opportunities for cycling. There is also the opportunity to enjoy traditional Bulgarian cuisine cooked for by one of the neighbours, or at the local restaurant a five minute walk from the house. Also, it is a short drive to Burgas, Primorsco and Sozopol should the quiet become too much. The apartment has been recently renovated and provides comfortable and spacious accomodation for up to 5 people, with a cot provided for 1 infant.

The property is situated on the ground floor and consists of a large double bedroom. This bedroom houses a wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers as well as two bedside tables so giving you plenty of space for all your holiday clothes. There is also a hairdryer. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and lead into the open plan living and dining area.
In the living area there is a table which can seat up to 6 people, an L shaped sofa which pulls out into a double bed and provides a comfortable eating area, dresser, whicker chair and footrest and additional sofa bed which when opened out can sleep one and a working fire place for the cooler months.
Leading from the living area is another room which serves as a dressing area and houses another wardrobe and a set of shelves. This is useful for when the property is booked by four people everyone has space to store their clothes.
This property has a magnificent wet room with a powerful shower, great for removing all that holiday sand. The WC and hand basin is in a seperate room. The property is tiled throughout with authenic wool and cotton rugs made in the village.

Local activities in and around Primorsco, Black Sea Region
Sozopal is a 30 minute drive from the village where you can spend the days soaking up the culture of the old town and eating out in the many restaurants. Nearby Primorsco provides very different entertainment and is lively with many bars. Should you wish for more typical Bulgarian entertainment the village has a number of local cafes, restaurant and there is also the opportunity of having a local neighbour come and cook traditional bulgartian food for you and your friends.
Alternatively the many beaches along the coastal road running from Burgas through to Ahetopol provide ample opportunity for water sports and sunbathing.
Nearby nature reserves Ropotoma and Stranja provide great walking. There is also the opportunity for bird watching. Wild life flourishes in this area with deer, storks and horses. Burgas is also close by and is a large city with ample opportunities for shopping, site seeing, restaurants, bars and clubs.
From Burgas airport follow signs to Burgas. On reaching Burgas follow signs for Sozopol.Take a right signposted for Malko Tarnovo.The turnoff you need is on the left and signposted for Primorsco.

Book for summer 2009 and get the property for half price.
The prices quoted are for one week. Reservations can be made with a 20% deposit taken, with the full amount to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Payment can be made through a cheque, postal order or through a PayPal account.
The maid will clean twice a week this is included in the price. Bed linen and towels will be changed at these times. Should you not want to cook then there is the opportunity to have someone from the village come in to prepare your evening meal, this service would be charged in addition to the weekly rent and would need to be negotiated before your trip.
