Leeward Cottage has been recently renovated and completely refurbished and is now a comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage. It is almost in the centre of Wells and only a few minutes walk from the quayside and the many goods pubs and restaurants in the town.
The owners have taken a great deal of trouble to ensure that you will have everything you need and have decorated and furnished the cottage with a coastal theme whilst ensuring that it remains comfortable and practical.
Downstairs there is a good sized sitting room with a dining table for up to 8 and sofas for at least 5 and there is TV, DVD and digibox. The separate kitchen has a gas oven hob and grill, a microwave, washer/dryer and fridge with ice compartment (there is a freezer in the understairs cupboard). Just off the hallway is a downstairs wc with basin.
Upstairs there is a single room with a chest of drawers, a double with a chest of drawers and a cupboard, a twin room also with COD and cupboard. The bathroom has a new suite and has a shower over the bath, wc and basin.
Parking is a premium in the town and Leeward Cottage has its own garage a few yards from the entrance.
Linen and towels provided. Central heating and hot water included. No smoking. No pets. Short breaks - please enquire. A £100 refundable security deposit is required for this cottage.

From the quayside it is a short distance to the large sandy beach or if you fancy a trip inland, places such as Houghton Hall and Sandringham are a short drive away. There is plenty for the children to do as well as a number of RSPB reserves all along the coast.
