The area surrounding the complex is beautifully kept, clean & scenic, you look over the sea at the front & the Mountain range at the rear (Sierra Navada).a beautiful 1100 berth marina 3/4 km away with many bars,restaurants & shops etc also childrens amenities & also night clubs for the night owls.
This is a beautifully furnished apartment with a leather 3 seater settee,armchair and pouffe, the timber furniture is from Brazil made to Mexican style, the beds are made the same & have English sprung mattresses for a good nights sleep.
The apartment has a lift as well as stairs to it although it is situated on the 1st floor. each bedroom has it's own window 2 with small balcony. 1 bedroom is en-suite.the apartment has it's own private garage space in an underground secure garage with lift to the door.
There is a smoke alarm, fire extinquisher & first aid kit within the apartment & fire extinquishers on each staircase. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with fridge/freezer,washing machine.microwave full oven & hob. ironing board & iron. A Tv & Dvd is provided in the lounge.sunbeds,parasol,hammock,tables & chairs are also provided along with beach,bath & hand towels, beach tennis sets,football & cards are supplied for your use.

Local activities in and around El Ejido, Almeria
Location: 40minute drive from Almeria Airport is a delightful Spanish coastal resort.
Almerimar is the playground for the rich in this province of Spain. Boasting the second largest marina in Europe, one of the most established golf courses and a great Blue flag beach.
Almerimar is the perfect location for both the family and couples, it also gives direct access into the Sierra Nevada where within an hour you can be in the heart of the mountains and in November to the beginning of March you could literally be Skiing in the morning and on the beach for the afternoon.
Great location for a golf break - and maybe skiing too!
Laguna beach apartments offers 2 outside swimming pools with 1 children’s pool & Play Park, tennis courts. The communal gardens are landscaped with palm trees, plants and flowers. There is a resident car park situated under buildings with lift service to the apartment floor. The property is gated with good security.
Almerimar Marina with berths for over 1000 yachts, is one of the largest on the southern coast of Spain. The marina area is the focus for all the local shops and the supermarket. There are also banks, car rental and shops. There are also a wide variety of restaurants from good value tasty Spanish Tapas, Chinese, Italian & English to gourmet seafood served overlooking the marina.
There is a market on Sundays at the side of the Marina and weekday markets in the town of ElEjido a short drive away.
There is a local Nature reserve not far away where you can walk in and see wild Pink Flamingo's & various other wild fowl.
You will see the many other bird species in the area ie: Stilts, Buzzards, Various Hawks.
You can hire bicyles at the Marina & go site seeing along the long flat cycle tracks at the beach side & Marina.
Quads & motor scooters can also be rented at the Marina.

Rental Notes: Change over times are flexible according to availability by prior arrangement, (re: Flight times) a final cleaning charge of 65e is made with each booking. A 150e Damage deposit is required with each booking (this is refundable if no damage etc).
If the underground garage is required a 100e deposit will be charged for the electronic key fob this is fully refundable when the fob is returned in tact.
A safe is installed a code will be given to you when you book.

"A beautiful area, apartment fantastic & well equiped with comfortable furniture and large leather settee,a very large balcony & good sized kitchen. the site is well laid out with plenty of space & amenities.

Just dropping you a line to let you know what a fantastic time we had in your apartment, it was just as luxurious and comfortable as you said it would be!
But what made it really special where all the extras that you provided for us, the bikes BBQ, the facilities in the kitchen and with having three demanding teenagers the en suite bathroom was a blessing.
