The Clubhouse
The villa is located in a small group of 14 villas set around a swimming pool and kiddies paddling pool, to which they have the private use of. Secure entry system.
The accommodation comprises of a good sized lounge with sofas, TV receiving Spanish, 2 UK sport channels, BBC1, BBC2, CNN News and a selection of other channels, open fireplace, ceiling fan and doors onto private garden. Dining table with seating for 8. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven with hob and microwave. Cloakroom with wc and basin.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 (ground floor): with single bed and pullout single bed, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. Ground Floor bathroom: with bath and separate shower cubicle, bidet, wc and basin. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, wc and basin. Master Bedroom (upstairs) with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, wc, bidet and his and hers basins.
Door to terrace with spectacular views all round, table and chairs, overlooking the 1st tee. The villa is within walking distance of the clubhouse and the crocodile club.
The area has many good restaurants serving a variety of food and activities to suit every age group and taste. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.

Local activities in and around Vera, Almeria
The resort hosts many high class facilities that will impress even the most discerning of traveller. The magnificent 18 hole, Arizona style layout has spectacular scenery and each hole is unique in design. There are 18 different colours of desert shrubbery around each teeing area.
For those not wishing to play golf, there are many other activities in the area, on site, the Crocodile Club with pool, spas, arcade and games, restaurant and pool bar and within 10 minutes drive is the Vera Water park, also quad biking, Garrucha go-karting, scuba diving, water sports, horse riding etc.
The beaches of Mojacar Playa are only a 20 minute drive with the nearer beaches of Villaricos and Vera Playa being just 10 minutes drive away.
