This beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa is idyllically situated in its own orange grove, on the edge of the village of Antas. The villa is very well equipped and has its own swimming pool and air cooling/heating system.

The accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall with dining table with seating for 6 and spiral staircase leading to the first floor sun room, a very light and airy room with all round country views, sofa’s and board games, air-conditioning, music stereo. Access out onto 2 terraces (front and rear of property), sun loungers, tables & chairs and magnificent views of the area.

On the ground floor:
Master bedroom with double bed and built-in double wardrobes. Large en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, bidet wc and basin. Bedroom 2 with double bed and built-in double wardrobes. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Family size bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle, wc, bidet and basin.

Luxurious fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and gas hob and granite work surfaces. Good size lounge with sofas and open fireplace.

Exterior
Large private, shaded terrace with tables and chairs and BBQ. Laundry Room with washing machine. Steps up to large pool terrace – 10m x 8m private swimming pool with roman end steps. Sun loungers and gazebo besides the pool (with cover for shade).

With gorgeous views and very private grounds, this villa is the perfect “get away from it all”. The location is great, being within 5 minutes drive of the motorway and only 20 minutes drive to the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area and activities to suit all age groups and tastes. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.

Local activities in and around Vera, Almeria

The villa is only 15 minutes drive from both the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort.

The area has many activities including a water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, go-karting etc.

The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 25 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 15 minutes.

The village of Antas is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a chemist.
