It is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The dining-area has a large oval wooden dining table which comfortably seats 6-8. Perfect for family meals.
Roselea provides excellent self catering accomodation and has superb restaurants, public houses and take away facilities within a short distance ranging from 500yds to 5 miles. For all your day to day needs there is a local shop, garage and post office in the village.
At the end of the day you decide whether you want to enjoy sitting in the beautiful garden overlooking Loch Leven or relax in the comfort of the home. You might even decide to BBQ, sipping a glass of wine after a day trip to the Cairn 'O' More winery.

1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The quilts/pillows and full bed-linen are supplied. Cot available on request. Extra single bed can be made available for a family room on request. All bedrooms have storage heaters.

1 Bathroom. Newly fitted modern bathroom suite with overhead electric shower/shower curtain. Heated towel rail. Rear window with wooden slatted blind overlooking garden.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Large dining-kitchen with original fireplace/cooking range and rear glass door leading into garden. Fully equipped with all basic essentials plus extras. Perfect for family meals or just congregating.
General:
House Linen, Towels Provided. All rooms are fitted with electric storage heaters, with additional heating available if required. The lounge also has a fitted electric fire.
There are tea making facilities in each bedroom.

Seating for 6. Well appointed large fitted dining-kitchen. Walk-in storage cupboard. Dining area has an oval wooden dining table and chairs, can comfortably seat six to eight people. High chair available on request.

The accommodation is on two levels, with the toilet and bedrooms on the second floor. The stairs are fairly wide and are not steep.

There is so much to see and do in this beautiful part of Scotland, you will be spoilt for choice during your holiday. Roselea is ideally located to take advantage of the many different outdoor activities which can be found nearby all year round. Such as Birdwatching at Vane Farm(RSPB), Fishing at Loch Leven, Gliding at Portmoak, Shooting, Horse riding and Walking locally or slighlty further afield.
In addition there is also a host of other activities for the sporting enthusiast including Cycling, Curling, Skating and Swimming. For the driving enthusiasts there are Motorsports, Superbikes and go-karting at Knockhill Racing Circuit. Maybe you would prefer the 4 x 4 Offroad Driving Experiences.
Not forgetting that Scotland is rightly regarded as the home of golf, there are several championship courses within easy reach, which include St. Andrews, Gleneagles and Carnoustie. There is a variety of tourist attractions within a 30 mile radius, ranging from award winning visitor centres to historical buildings and other places of interest.
There are many varied annual events which attract thousands of visitors every year: T in the Park. This music extravaganza has become one of the most important music events on the European festival scene and just gets better every year. Over 65,000 people attended per day in 2006.
The Royal Highland Show which is Scotland's premier agriculture event attracting around 150,000 visitors each year. With more than 5,000 animals on display, a varied programme of competitions and craft events, with a rolling display promoting country pursuits, there is something of interest for everybody.
Steam in the Park. The Scottish Traction Engine Society hosts this annual steam and vintage weekend rally, something for everyone, pushbikes, artic lorries or steam vehicles.

Rental Notes: Rental Notes: Weekly, long weekend and midweek bookings are available. Bookings run from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. However if the property is free, entry and departure times are negotiable.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid, in full, four weeks prior to the start of the rental.
Prices include provision of bedlinen (duvets & covers, pillows & slips, sheets), bath & hand towels, kitchen linen, electricity. A starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar, toilet roll, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, etc is provided but should be replenished by yourself throughout your stay.
We regret pets are not allowed.
