This apartment is on the first floor with large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Victoria Court II is 250 yards from the sea and on a fairly flat location in a quiet street with little through traffic. It comprises four low rise blocks built around an attractive swimming pool & children’s pool with ample sunbathing areas and gardens. There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby and central Los Cristianos and the beach are only 10 minutes stroll away. There is also a bar/restaurant in the complex.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, a mirror and small vanity unit. There are three double wardrobes that provide more than enough storage for all holiday purposes. There is also a small safe in the bedroom.
The apartment features an open plan lounge with a good-sized kitchen and breakfast bar, bathroom and generous sun terrace, all furnished to a high standard. The lounge has a sofa, which converts into a double bed, thus providing sleeping accommodation for a further two people. There is a colour television, which receives BBC and some SKY channels as well as Spanish TV, There is a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for guests use and a mini hi-fi system, which plays CDs, cassettes and radio. A selection of CDs is also available for clients use.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, a four-ring hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There is everything in terms of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment that you are likely to require during your stay.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for each person. If your stay is for more than 10 days, the bed linen and towels will be changed every 7 days.
