3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment situated on a prestigious gated complex. Roda Golf and Beach Resort is superbly located 15/20 minutes walk to the fine beaches of the Mar Menor and many restaurants.
The private beach club, with pool, bar and light snack bar. There is a 5 minutes bus ride that runs a few times a day, which takes you to the beach, and then you need to catch the boat to the private area... see photos..
1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 bathrooms. TV and DVD. Open living area and dining with seating for 6 and a double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridgefreezer and washing machine. Shared swimming pool - less than 5 mins walk. Patio, with out door furniture and as well as gas BBQ. All linen and towels included - (except beach towels). Underground parking space.
5 minutes drive to Murcia Aiport,15/20 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants, 5minutes walk to the restaurant on site.

Our first family holiday in an apartment and what a fantastic choice we made with Apartment Hildur on the Roda Golf resort.
The apartment fulfilled all of our requirements and was ideal for our grandchildren being situated as it was on the ground floor and on a corner plot that gave us an extended garden area. The facilities inside the apartment were first class and having two bathrooms made life so much easier first thing in a morning.
The resort itself is ideal for young families with lovely swimming pools dotted around the site. The beach at nearby Al Cazares is wonderful and due to the nature of the geography the sea is calm and shallow, again ideal for young families.
Literally a five minute drive from Murcia airport, we will definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a holiday in Spain.
