Perched overlooking Menaggio, yet only 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive to the village, the apartment is the perfectly located to enjoy the whole of the lake. Car hire is recommended but not essential as many guests prefer to get about by boat or bus service which operate on a regular basis.

The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Menaggio and enjoys lake views from the living room, terrace and garden where you can fire up the BBQ or alfresco lunch! The apartment is part of a house seperated into 2 (the owner lives in the other part of the house) and includes a spacious living room and seperate kitchen, diner. The large sofa doubles as a bed whilst upstairs, a large double bed and wardrobe space are situated.
The kitchen includes all mod cons as well as a washing machine, the bathroom is immaculately presented with a shower, w/c and bidet. The apartment features off road parking and is just 3 minutes drive from the lake or a 10 minute walk!

The mezzanine floor level which contains the double bedroom may not be suitable for elderly, infirm or children. The terrace & garden are on the flat however there is a slope at the end of the garden.
Local activities in and around Menaggio, Lombardy
Menaggio is a popular resort on the west side of the lake featuring pretty piazzas for lovely lakeside walks, locals serving delicious local cuisine, ice cream parlours, bars to be explored. Villa Gaeta where the recent James Bond film was made is just 5 minutes drive from the house.
From here you can access Bellagio by boat, Switzerland by car (30 mins) and Milan for fashion, food, football ,Monza(F1 Grandprix).
