Victoria Court 1 is an established and popular complex. Although 20 years old it is maintained to a high standard. Its proximity to the sea and old town/harbour makes it very popular with british visitors. It is a 250 yd downhill walk to the sea and a pleasant 10 minute stroll into the town centre/bus terminal.
The south facing terrace is large (20 square metres) and is equipped with 2 adjustable sun loungers, patio table, chairs and sun shade. It is a good sun trap and some visitors favour its privacy to that of bathing around the communal freshwater heated pool.
The twin bedroom is comfortable with ample wardrobe space and a digital safe (no charge) for your valuables. There is a portable colour TV in the bedroom.
The lounge area has a colour TV with english channels (BBC1 & 2, ITV & Channel 4), two comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. There is a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, with fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle and a full complement of crockery and cutlery. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, is fully tiled with a marble top vanity unit. There is a small hairdryer.
All towels and bed linen are provided (except beach towels which you must supply yourselves) and these are changed on a weekly basis.
The communal fresh water heated pool has a secure childrens area and lifeguard. There is 24 hour security on the complex. The apartment is also fitted with door and window grills for your added security.
There is a friendly pool bar/restaurant on the complex open 7 days a week.

Local activities in and around Los Cristianos, Tenerife
Los Cristianos is a busy fishing port, with many attractions. Ferry service to other Canary Islands from the harbour, fishing and boat trips. Other attractions include Aqua Park, Mount Teide, Loro Park. All these are available to book through local coach trip operators. Many of the local restaurants cook the locally caught fish that you can see landed at the harbour fresh daily.
From Tenerife South Airport, take TF1 motorway south to Los Cristianos turn off. Victoria Court 1 can be found near sea at the south of the town
