This villa forms part of a group of properties built about two years ago on Chumbera Hill just 8 minutes walk down to the famous Burriana Beach. A quiet location but within easy reach of most facilities.

Casa Madrono has a fantastic position on the top of the hill with wonderful views of the sea and mountains.Watch the sun rise to the East and then watch the sunset to the West. It has a roof top terrace with a BBQ and two more terraces on the first floor to the front and rear for outdoor dining. There is an awning giving shade from the early morning sun.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor to keep them cool.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. Ceiling fans are fitted.
The two twin bedded rooms share a bathroom and an extra toilet is also located on the ground floor. There are french windows to the pool from one of the bedrooms.
A separate door also leads to the pool area. There is a terrace for sunbathing and sunbeds are provided.
The modern kitchen with granite worktops is fully equiped with 4 plate cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer etc.
A separate downstairs room houses the washing machine.
Marble floors and good furniture make this a comfortable and bright house.

For tennis enthusiasts there is a local tennis club.
Directions on how to find the property are usually sent with our Welcome Letter once final payment for the holiday has been received which is six weeks before the start of your holiday.

Rental Notes: Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday but out of Peak Season we try to be flexible.
Weekly change of linen and cleaning is provided for stays of two weeks or more.
A £50 fully refundable deposit against lost or damaged items.
To reserve this property a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
