Frambuesa is the upper level of a two storey building. Large terrace with stone built BBQ to the South East to watch the sunrise and a smaller terrace to the South West to watch the sunset. Both with excellent panoramic sea views.
Very quiet and private but within easy reach of all facilities
Spacious well furnished living room with marble floor and glass dining table to seat 6 persons. Cable sat. TV
Modern kitchen with granite worktops fully equipped with 4 plate cooker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer etc.
Master bedroom with queen size double bed and secondary bedroom with comfortable twin beds. Two bathrooms each with bath/shower a nd one with washing machine.
Ceiling fans for the summer and electric heaters in all rooms for the winter plus a an open log fire.
Only 8 minutes walk down to the famous Burriana Beach with a wide range of activities and resturants. Floodlit tennis club over the road. Three golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
