La Joya is located in the spectacularly situated village of Albuñuelas overlooking the Rio Santo gorge. It is designed with many thoughtful details including a beautifully restored beamed ceiling in the bedroom.
The terrace has lovely views over the gorge (a perfect spot to relax with a glass of something and watch the sunset). There are also invisible comforts such as underfloor heating in winter & a good shower with plenty of hot water.
La Joya shares a garden amid the orange orchards - which can be used by tenants for picnics, BBQs, or splashing about in the paddling pool. Joya is situated close to Casa de la Lagartija, Casa de la Puerta Grande and Casa Idrisi & any of these properties can be rented out together to larger parties if desired. Car access is not possible to the house, but it is possible to park in the square nearby.
