This 3 storey beautiful Victorian Cottage, has outstanding views across the neighbouring countryside. Large accommodation ideal for a family with natural stream running through the large garden and a hot tub to relax in after seeing the sights of the Island.
A home with plenty of character, wooden beams and stone walls. Situated in Wroxall Village next to the Seaside resort of Ventnor, this location is ideal for seeing the Island and is perfect for those who like walking as various walks across the downs etc are available from literally outside your front door.

The property consists of three floors. On the first floor there is the Master Bedroom which has a super king size 6ft bed, a second bedroom which has shortie bunk beds so ideal for the younger members of the family ,this room has fantastic views across the neighbouring farmland. Also on this floor is a seperate wc and washbasin.
On the main floor we have the 3rd bedroom with the same views as bedroom 2 and this has a double bed.Also on this floor is the 2nd Lounge. This has 3 x 2 seater sofas, fireplace and large television with Sky freeview channels.
On the lower floor you will find the Dining room with a large dining table with room to comfortably seat 8 guests and an Aga (although this is not working during the summer). Through to the country style kitchen which has electric oven and hob, butler sink, American fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave and dishwasher.Also on this level is the large family room with L shaped seating for 8 guests, large projector television and french doors out to the covered outdoor seating area.The bathroom can also be found on this level with bath/separate shower/wc.There is also an utility area which houses the washing machine and a second dishwasher if required.
The garden is a fantastic place to relax in and as mentioned has a covered seating area for dining outside on those warm summer nights again with table big enough to seat 8 guests. There is then decking down to the beautiful stream that runs through the garden, this is enclosed and has a gate for those with small children (although as always children must be supervised at all times), kids will love getting their feet wet or bring those wellies.Large lawned area.Now for the adults an 8 seater hot tub to just relax in whilst taking in the fantastic views.

There is so much to see on the Island the list would go on forever. Contact the Isle Of Wight Tourist Office for up to date information. Beaches are with a ten minute drive at the resort of Ventnor which also has a supermarket, chemist,doctors and various restaurants,take aways, pubs etc. In Wroxall we have the donkey sanctuarary, Appledurcome House, fantastic food at the Four Seasons Inn, local spar shop and post office most within a few minutes walk from the property.
