The house has its own mooring 200 metres from at the end of the garden for quick access to the vast Erne waterway. Boat hire is available on site. Fishing, bird or nature watching or just looking for a stress free zone Riverrun has it all. The lakes of Cavan contain pike, trout and a selection of coarse fishing all within easy reach.
The RiverRun Estate is located beside the International Fishing Centre a little over a mile from Beturbet. There is a restaurant in the Fishing Centre (limited opening hours) and don’t hesitate to ask them to organise a packed lunch for you, should you require one.

3 Double Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The three double bedrooms are all ensuite, while there are two other bathrooms located beside the twin bedroom. We have two foldaway beds that can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms

Seating for 10. There are two separate kitchen & dining areas within the house, making it ideal for large groups or families holidaying together.

Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Tennis Court. We have an infra red sauna that accomodates 6 people. Good coarse fishing is available free of charge from moorings close to the house. Fishing rods & life jackets are provided.

Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Boat hire & fishing tackle are available for hire on site. There is a sauna room which accomodates 6 people on the ground floor.

The property is not ideally suited for wheelchair users, but it would suit people with limited mobility - there is a bedroom (ensuite), kitchen & dining area all on the ground floor.

Only a mile from Riverrun is historic Belturbet village, a charming market town situated on the east bank of the River Erne midway between Lough Oughter and Upper Lough Erne. The area around Belturbet is renowned for the quality of its coarse fishing. If you seek peace and tranquillity you can spend your time relaxing in the gallery or with a glass of wine on the deck. Wake up to the sun rising over the lake and you can spend your time watching wildlife and boating throughout the day.
Local attractions include, fishing (on site), a number of golf courses within 15 minute drive, horse riding, swimming, hill walking and a host of other outdoor pursuits.
Belturbet
Belturbet is a charming maket town only 2 kilometres from Riverrun
From Dublin take the N3 to Belturbet. Turn off the N3 at Belturbet, following signs for RiverRun. From Belfast head to Cavan and then take the N3 to Belturbet, from there follow signs to RiverRun
