Lovely, well equipped one bedroom ground floor apartment. Everything you need for a great self catering holiday. Sleeps four with twin bedroom and large leather double sofa bed. Balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool with pool bar and free sunbeds.
Just a 5 minute walk to the lovely Las Cucharas sandy beach. Restaurants , bars and supermarket directly across the road. Very short taxi ride to the great water park and golf course.
This lovely one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday. The apartment sleeps four with twin bedroom and large double leather sofa bed in the lounge. We have provided satellite TV and a DVD player with a small selection of DVD's. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle iron and sandich toaster. The bathroom has a full bath with over shower hand basin and toilet. There is also a travel cot should it be needed.
The apartment is located on a small quiet complex making it great for families and those wanting a relaxing holiday. There is a lovely communal pool supplying free sunbeds. The pool has a good mix of sunny and shady areas making it ideal for everyone. There is a friendly pool bar where you can purchase snacks and drinks whilst relaxing round the pool.
It is well located in the heart of Costa Teguise being only a five minute level walk to the lovely Las Cucharas sandy beach where there are sunbeds and umbrellas for hire.
There are bars restaurants and a supermarket just across the road from apartment and more at the Las Cucharas beach where you will be spoilt for choice for good restaurants. Costa Teguise is an excellent base from which to explore the island. It is home to the only water park and golf course on the island. The water park is always a favourite with the children but is good fun for all the family. The golf course is next to the water park and clubs and trollies can be hired there.
Lanzarote has a wonderful year round climate with a cooling breeze making it a great holiday destination any time of the year.

Local activities in and around Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Locally there is a water park and golf club. You can hire golf clubs and trollies from the golf course. There is a craft market on a Friday evening and a larger market on Sunday mornings In Teguise town.
Costa Teguise is s great location from which to explore the island. There is lots of car hire companies and bikes can also be hired locally. A trip to the volcanoes is a must.
Costa Teguise has a wonderful lunar landscape and is very poular with walkers.
- Horse riding is also available locally - There is a windsurfing school located on the beach
Arrecife airport is approx 12 kms away and costs around 17 euros in a taxi.
