A superbly appointed detached coastal residence which was built in 2004, stylishly furnished to a very high standard offering comfortable, spacious accommodation. It is situated at the end of Abersoch Golf Course and only a stones throw from the beach, with the upstairs lounge taking full advantage of the beautiful sea views. Sleeps 6 adults plus 2 children

The accommodation comprises:
Fully fitted kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with six stools. There is also a leather couch and French doors out on to the enclosed front garden. The kitchen also opens in to the conservatory containing comfortable settees and dining table and six chairs. There are doors out on to a decked area with patio table and chairs and a barbeque.
The ground floor has a bathroom containing a wash hand basin, w.c. and a bath with shower over. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Two additional “put me up beds” are available for use by children.
Upstairs is a spacious lounge with leather settees and a chair, TV and DVD player and beautiful sea views towards Bwlchtocyn headland. The master bedroom has a king size bed and duvet and en suite shower room.
Outside to the front of the property is an enclosed garden with space for two / three vehicles and a boat. The slip way to the beach is directly opposite.
