This comfortable well furnished apartment is situated on the first floor in the well sought after La Maestranza urbanisation. It is only a short walk to Puerto Banus and there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars together with a large supermarket and banks just a few minutes away. The urbanisation is after situated in Nueva Andalucia in the heart of Golf Valley and very close to Marbella and the infamous Puerto Banus.
This superb first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated on La Maestranza urbanisation. The property is furnished and decorated to a very good standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine and drying area are in the attached utility room.
The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with two sofas (one being a sofa bed), satellite television, mini hi-fi, DVD and dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. You can relax on the terrace complete with furniture and a stunning view to the mountains. The delightful pool areas - one with a large pool, one with a heated pool and a splash pool for children - are surrounded by very pretty gardens.
Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A basic Welcome Pack is supplied for your convenience. If you are not hiring a car (and you don't really need to here as everything is closeby), taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus.
A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Local activities in and around Puerto Banus, Costa del Sol - Malaga
Puerto Banus is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona.
Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night.
There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English. In Nueva Andalucia, there is the bullring where the excellent Saturday market is held. Next to the bullring is the popular and useful commercial centre, Centro Plaza, with a variety of good restaurants and bars, quality shops, a small supermarket stocking all your needs, a fully equipped gym and a beauty/hairdressing salon.
Beyond this is the excellent golfing area, know as Golf Valley, which includes some of the finest golf courses of the coast, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and La Dama de Noche. All surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range with the well known La Concha mountain taking up full prominence.
San Pedro sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach, where you will find ample space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the beach bars which offer a wide range of fish dishes and well as other local delights. San Pedro retains its Spanish atmosphere and is a great contrast to the neighbouring Puerto Banus.
You can fly into either Malaga or Gibraltar. Both are only about a 40 minute drive away taking the A7 coast road or AP7 toll road. Car hire, taxis or our own transfer service are all available.
