  The apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people, is cool and spacious with generous room sizes, breathtaking sea views and great light. It has a brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom, and has been equipped and furnished with everything required for a perfect seaside holiday. As well as the beach which is under 2 mins walk, there is a lifeguard attended pool and tennis courts, both private to residents of the block.

Bedrooms:
  2 Twin Bedrooms. Both bedrooms are light and airy, with views of the beach and sea. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves! Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, and there is also a safe in one bedroom.
Bathrooms:
  1 Bathroom. The bathroom was fitted in 2006, and is modern and bright. There is a full sized bath and shower also.
Kitchen:
  Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. Newly fitted kitchen with brushed steel cooker and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all equipment for keen foodies to enjoy the great local produce. Separate utility room also.
General:
  House Linen, Towels Provided. The apartment is fully cleaned prior to the commencement of each stay. Mid stay clean available for a small extra charge. Bed linen & towels are included, but no beach towels. Welcome pack on request.
Dining:
  Seating for 6. Large dining table and chairs plus modern crockery and cutlery. The large balcony also has exterior lighting and a table and chairs - enjoy the sea views whilst dining!
Entertainment:
  Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Tennis Court. A new TV, DVD player and CD/stereo system are provided, so please bring DVDs and CDs. There are also books, board games and a selection of beach equipment and toys for your use during your holiday.
Outside:
  Communal Pool, Parking, Balcony. Set in lanscaped gardens, the pool complex (adults and childrens pool) is lifeguard attended, and for residents only. There are also tennis courts and a small childrens play area.

    The apartment is suitable for children, however it is on the 4th floor, so for younger children supervision on the balcony or near windows is essential.
     
 
Local activities in and around Gandia, Valencia - Costa Azahar
 
         
Daimus is a stylish town where many families from Madrid & Valencia own holiday homes.

The beach, (less than 2 minutes stroll from the apartment), is wide & sandy, with blue flag accreditation, and is 10km long in total. It is well equipped with chiringuitos (beach bars) in high season, & has a good range of restaurants, tapas bars & icecream parlours along the promenade (all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment). There are small local shops and supermarkets and an ATM a few minutes walk away.

In summer, there is a nightly craft market on the promenade, great to browse on the way out to dinner.

From Gandia (2km from the apartment - 7€ by taxi), the beautiful city of Valencia, with its wealth of history, culture and fantastic shops and restaurants is very accessible -around 50 minutes on a direct train line, with three trains per hour.

Gandia is the largest town in the Valencia region after Valencia City. As you would expect there are all big town amenities including sophisticated designer shops, two multiplex cinemas, a casino and a yacht club/marina. Gandia is home to several famous historic buildings which are open to the public, including the beautiful Ducal Palace of the Borgias.

Also in Gandia are a hypermarket and newly opened shopping complex with a bowling arcade.

Oliva is under 10 mins by car, with its fascinating old town, castle, museum, great shops and restaurants and weekly market.

The prestigious Seve Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova golf complex, listed in the top 50 courses in Spain by Spanish Living magazine, is 10 mins by car.

Other activities in easy distance are go-karting, the El Vergels safari park, and theme and water parks. Hill walking and bird watching are also popular local activities. The water park at Cullera and the Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm are great family days out less than an hour by car.

The port of Denia is 45 mins drive, and from here you can take a ferry trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.
         
         
Instructions to and from Valencia or Alicante airports are provided, and we can also advise on car hire, and travel to the apartment without a car.

Rental Notes:
Changeover days are fully flexible, and rentals by the day are possible.

A 20% deposit is payable on booking. This will secure the accomodation for your dates and in the event of cancellation is not refundable if the dates are not re-booked.

The balance of the full amount will be payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay (or sooner for late bookings).

A damages deposit of £70 is also payable - this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked by our local agent.
