Fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Downstairs bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin. Double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom (private gallery style access from stairs) with water glimpses and views over the town, which can either provide two 3’ single beds or a 6’ King sized bed. Ensuite shower room with WC, shower cubicle and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a small secluded seating area over looking the pretty shrubbed garden.
