Vilamoura is approximately 25 minutes from Faro International airport. Our Apartment is within easy walking distance of three of the main golf courses in Vilamoura; Laguna, Millennium and Victoria.
In addition to Vilamoura, the splendid long and sandy Falesia beach is also within five minutes drive. This apartment also benefits from a large communal pool, children’s pool, attractive landscaped gardens. The accommodation is to a high standard and both bedrooms, have twin beds, ample wardrobe space and air-conditioned, the master benefits from an en-suite bathroom.
Both master & second bedroom have twin beds, with the master having en-suite Bath & shower.The Master bedroom has a patio door out to the terrace. We also have a double airbed operated by an electric pump which would be suitable for children or young adults. There is also a seperate toilet plus shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas/electric hob, all utensils etc. The lounge/dining room has two settees, dining table and formal dinning for 6, Satellite TV(Sky ), Video, CD player. Patio doors, which open onto a south facing furnished terrace overlooking the main swimming pool and children's paddling pool, set in meticulously landscaped gardens within this quiet development.
The apartment is located to the western side of Vilamoura, 5 minutes drive to the Marina, Casino and beaches. It makes it an ideal location for Families & Golfers alike.

There are 5 golf courses within the area that can all be reached within a 5 min drive and two course's you can walk to in minutes. A mere 15 mins drive takes you to further high quality golf courses along the Algarve coastline.
For non Golfers the beach is 5 minutes drive with excellent fishing and water sports there is also stables and tennis courts nearby.
Vilamoura offers a large range of restaurants serving local fresh food. It is a place for rest and relaxation but also for pursuing active pastimes and sports; a friendly and safe haven but also a vibrant and exciting night-life centre. It is Portuguese, but also truly cosmopolitan.

A Damages Deposit cheque for £150.00 is payable when making your booking, this is to be held against any breakage’s or damages. This deposit is returnable within 14 days after your departure if no damages or breakage’s have occurred, and will be posted to your home address.
