The idyllic location means you are just a boat ride from the island of comacina with its famous afternoon and evening lunches (as featured on the holiday programme, nov 06) and Villa Balbianello, the location for the latest James Bond film.
The apartment benefits from a modern stylish layout with seating for 4 plus a dining table also for 4 guests. The modern kitchen area is beautifully finished. The living room looks onto the lake through to the balcony with panoramic lake views.

The apartment benefits from a communal pool which isn't normally busy as most of the homes here are holiday homes used infrequently.
