Casa Maracaibo is a spacious 2 bedroomed townhouse in a small friendly urbanisation which enjoys a quiet location yet is close to San Cristobal beach, Almuñecar old town and the coast road. There is no traffic passing by and you have parking space and a garage. The pool, open all year round, is only 50 yards away and is surrounded by grass and trees. Upper and lower terraces of the house enjoy views of sea, town and castle. This is one of the best locations in Almuñecar for all day sun. The house has two bedrooms - a double and a twin - and two shower-rooms, the well equipped kitchen is separate from but next to the dining area and patio, and the front (living) room gives on to the front terrace, everything raised above the level of the road. There is Satellite TV and Radio, as well as CD player and FM. Almuñecar is the most attractive town in the Costa Tropical with the best amenities, all of which - beaches, castle, old town, water park, cultural centre and park - are nearby.
The property is located 7 mins walk to San Cristobal beach and 15 minutes walk to the west of the town centre. The house is one of seventeen in this small urbanisation, which shares communal gardens and pool and enjoys the use of a private road. In a town where parking can be a problem, there is never that problem in Maracaibo since each house has two parking spaces.
Palm trees line the road and the house enjoys views over the whole of Almuñecar from east to west, with the sea and Playa San Cristobal straight ahead. The front terraces of the house enjoy sun virtually all day. The pool is 8 mt square and encircled by grass, with no animals allowed here.
Inside the house there is a lot of space for living, dining and relaxing. There is a spacious well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and cooker, and the fridge freezer is located inside the walk-in larder. There is ample cupboard space and worksurfaces.
The dining room leads off the kitchen and is light and airy, benfiting as it does from the proximity of an internal patio, which itself can be another shaded sitting out area if the sun is particularly fierce. The front living room is carpeted and has TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD and stereo system.
The ground floor is airconditioned. The upper level has vaulted celings and large windows front and back to enable the breeze to pass through, as well as roller blinds to allow you to sleep in the mornings without being awoken by the sun. The view from the upper sun terrace is magnificent.
The upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, as well as hairdryer and cupboard space. The downstairs is more compact but also has shower, WC and washbasin. The hot water is supplied by a gas hot water heater which has been installed new within the last year and where ventilation is direct to the patio.
The garage below has storage space as well as a full sized table tennis table for guests´use.

Off the living room to the front of the house there is a shaded terrace for sitting and eating and off the main bedroom is a spacious roof terrace which gets the sun all day.
