Situated approximatly 5 minutes walk from Leamington Spa town centre. The Canal House is perfectly located to offer a peaceful and relaxing base which is only a short walk from great shopping, restaurents and other nightlife.
From the small hallway you enter the properties front door, walk up its private twisting staircase with views over the canal and you enter the landing. From here you can enter the seperate w/c, bathroom with power shower over bath, both double bedrooms and the beautiful open plan lounge/kitchen.
Both bedrooms have very comfortable double beds complete with fresh linen and bedside tables. The master bedroom has a complete wall of wardrobes with full sized mirrors. The high ceilings and period features add to the luxury feel of the apartment. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a quality laminate floor, plasma TV hung on the wall with SKY TV offering hundreds of channels. The large window with full length curtains gives the most amazing view over the grand union canal and along historic clemens street with its range of restaurents and quirky shops.
Just over the bridge on the opposite side of the canal is the Grand Union Resturent, multiple award winning restaurent this is commonly recognised as one of Leamingtons best dining venues. You can spend hours watching the barge boats float by and waving at the passing families who reside on them.
