Once inside you will find that it substantially well equipped offering a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, lounge/dining area (with a double sofa bed), fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with a shower over bath.
The kitchen can be found just off of the lounge, it is well equipped with all the appliances listed below and for your convience has a stocked cupboard offering tea and coffee and other useful staple food produce.
The lounge provides warm and cosy surroundings with a TV, which includes Digital, a DVD, Video and CD player. A DVD and Video library including books and games is provided for all guests to enjoy.
Parking is made easy with a number of parking spaces avaliable at the front and rear of the apartment, although a car is not essential as the local bus and train services are very reliable.
Haymarket main line Railway Station is obtainable within approx 5mins walk from the apartment, making it very easy to get around Edinburgh.
You could visit the world famous Castle for many of the wonderful events and shows that take place during The Edinburgh Festival and Military Tattoo, or perhaps take a walk around Princes Street Gardens or go down The Royal Mile, or make use of the faboulous shopping facilites in and around Princes Street. There are really no limits to the amount of exploring possible from this central location.

For the keen Golfer Carrickvale Golf course is with in a close proximity to the apartment, along with a number of other prime golf courses around Edinburgh.
The 2007 Edinburgh Military Tattoo celebrates over 50 years of music and spectacle set against the world famous backdrop of Edinburgh Castle. Balbirnie Place is the perfect place to stay to visit the Tattoo.
