Our gite is situated on the Rue du Petit Fort, a truly impressive example of conservation and preservation. This cobbled street descends steeply, dropping some 75 metres (300 feet) in its 750 metre length, from the old town to the picturesque River Rance and the old port of Dinan. The walk up and down is invigorating, scenic and very interesting and even more enjoyable when you envisage a gourmet meal waiting to be ordered at one of the many picturesque café’s or restaurants at the port of Dinan.

Our newly renovated one bedroom gite is on the ground floor and graced with a large window looking out over the cobbled Rue du Petit Fort, this compact gite offers a combined living/kitchen/dining area.
All guests will recieve a complimentary welcome basket.
Living Area For your comfort this area is furnished with two arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, DVD player, stereo system, and dining room suite.
Kitchen/Dining Area A newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, convection microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
Bathroom This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
