Our rental periods are flexible and we offer discounts for stays in excess of 3 weeks. A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking, balance due within 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A damage deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable within 2 weeks of the end of the let if there are no breakages or issues. Check in is from 16.00 on day of arrival and checkout by 11.00 on day of departure. Payment is by cash, cheque or money order.
