Approximately 25 metres from the promenade gardens, steps and lift to the beach at Viking Bay, Broadstairs. 2 minutes walk to the town centre, with grocery shopping, souvenirs, mini golf, cinema and many restaurants.
Many of the facilities in this apartment are new, including new baths, WC's, showers, cutlery, crockery, utilities, etc. Well suited for a family or group holiday, the apartment comprises: Living Room/Dining Area with Flat Ccreen TV, Freesat, DVD player and a wide range of DVD's. Fireplace with gas fire. Extendable dining table seating 6. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave (washing machine and tumble dryer off one of the bedrooms) Bedroom 1 (en-suite) King sized bed, en suite shower room with basin and WC, built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 (en-suite) Two single beds, en suite shower room with basin and WC, built in wardrobe. In addition this bedroom has the washing machine and dryer in a cupboard. Bedroom 3: Twin room with bunk beds, built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with Bath, WC and basin.
Beach equipment is also provided including portable folding chairs and a beach umbrella.
The apartment is located on the second floor and access is via stairs only.
