Panoramic sea views and beach accessed via steps a short walk away from the end of the garden. The garden does not have a fance at the end, so children must be supervised at all times, outdoors.

Open plan spacious lounge and dining area. Sea views from living area and patio doors which open out on to the terrace and pool. The kitchen has all facilities with ice maker fridge freezer. On the ground floor is a studio type of bedroom with 2 single beds, and a sofa bed for 2, sleeping up to 4 people. There is also a shower room and wc. Off the living area is a further bedroom with twin beds and a separate shower and wc. Upstairs are 2 twin rooms with a family bathroom. The master en suite bedroom has a balcony with panoramic sea views, and a large wardrobe area for dressing. There is a safe in the villa.
The villa is accessed via electronic gates to the entrance of the development. There are electronic gates to the drive way, making it safe and secure, especially handy for young children. The pool has a pool cover [electronic] which can be kept on for young children or taken back. The landscaped gardens lead to the sea, and there are steps to Faros beach which is sandy. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs, a rattan settee and coffee table for enjoying a drink whilst admiring the views. Parasols are provided.

Pervolia is a Cypriot village although now slowly becoming a tourist area. Quiet and tranquil and full of charm and hospitality.
Pervolia village with restaurants and pubs is a 5 min drive away. Locally in Pervolia and Kiti you will find shops, bakeries, car hire, and banks.
Car advisable for getting around and exploring. Faros beach and lighthouse are within 1-2 min walk via steps at bottom of garden. [ sandy beach]
Mazotos camel park within a 15 min drive away. Larnaca town is 15 min drive away. Ayia Napa and Protaras are 45-55 min drive away for tourists. The salt lakes near the airport offer sanctuary to the pink flamingos that arrive during the winter months. Here you will also find Hala Sultan Tekke mosque. The scenery hosts beautiful sunsets over the mountains and on a clear day you can see the Stravrouni monastry on top of the mountain.
Larnaca town has a promenade which comes alive at night time with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and tavernas. There is also a marina/harbour, water sports, Makenzie and Finikoudes beaches, both sandy and safe for children.
