The Villa Bosco is situated in the heart of Italys green belt - Abruzzo, whose capital is Pescara. We are just 30mins from the beach. Set in 2.5hectares of peaceful olive groves & woods, just outside the village of Vestea, 700mts up in the Gran Sasso National Park, with commanding views over the whole region. Abruzzo offers a whole coastline of pure sandy, gently shelving beach for those just wanting to relax. Pescaras promenade offers an authentic range of bars & restaurants from Gelaterias to full silver service with seafood a speciality. One of Italys undiscovered treasures, Abruzzo is a area of outstanding natural beauty. With many national parks, it can offer walking, mountain biking & horse riding for those looking for a more active holiday. If you are lucky you even catch a glimpse of the brown bears or wild boar that inhabit the region. For those wanting a more cultural holiday Abruzzo is rich with its own history as well as its own dialect & food.
The villa is one property split into 2 seperate apartments, each with its own entrance. They have been recently refurished in a modern style. Set in 2.5 hectares of olive grove & woods with magnificent views, it is the ideal place to relax & unwind, or use as a base for exploring the region. There is a patio/BBQ area with its own furniture.
We are offering either self catering, halfboard or all-inclusive holidays to suit your needs. Escorted tours are available if required in air-conditioned comfort, or leave it us to show you the more interesting venues in the region, all at extra cost on a per day basis. English is spoken & the villa is open all year.
A taxi service is available at extra cost for those not wanting to drive.

Local activities in and around Penne, Abruzzo/Molise
As well as those activities mentioned above, Abruzzo is rich with a diverse range of ski resorts with pistes that are ideal for the expert & beginner alike. Ski hire is plentiful & all ski resorts have button tows, chair lifts with Gran Sasso having its own cablecar. Many resorts have additional facilities such as half pipes, night skiiing, snowtubing & boardercross. Added to this the ski passes are so cheap, this all adds up to a very affordable skiing holiday. The nearest resort is Passo Lanciano 50mins away, & the largest, Roccarasso, is 90mins away. For those that speed is not their thing, there are over 1000 cross country skiing tracks, some groomed, where you will feel you are the only one on the planet.

Rental Notes: A welcome pack is included in the price of a week/2week holiday, to include a meal for 4 on the evening of your arrival & a continental breakfast for the following morning.
Changeover day would normally be saturday and require the apartment to be vacated by 12noon on the day of departure.
Normally a 1week minimum booking, but short breaks can be arranged.
A non-refundable deposit of 200GBpounds will be required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 8weeks prior to arrival.
