There is an enclosed garden area with parking, a large rooftop sun terrace, balcony with the master bedroom, and shaded porch for those early evening cocktails!

The area is renowned for its wonderful, healthy climate, making it perfect for year-round holidays. Golf can be played all year, and we have sunbathed on local beaches in December. There is a waterpark in Torrevieja which children really enjoy, and Terra Mitica, Spain's largest theme park is only an hour away. This is golfers' paradise - take your pick from a myriad of marvellous golf courses - we can give you course telephone numbers etc. if required.
If you want to see the real Spain, it is all on your doorstep. Within an hour's drive you have fabulous old Spanish towns and cities well worth exploring, with shaded squares, great shopping, tapas bars and restaurants galore, along with historic sights and amazing countryside. Go and explore yourselves and you'll be surprised at how beautiful the area is.

Rental Notes: We are flexible on changeover days - just ask for the dates you require and we will try to accommodate you. We can arrange special rates for long-term lets - again just ask.
To save you doing any chores at the end of your precious holiday, there is a charge of 60 euros payable locally to cover end of stay cleaning and laundry change. We ask for a deposit of £50 per week when making a booking, and the balance 6 weeks before departure. We do not take a security deposit, as we have always found that people treat our home well. We are sure that anybody who caused accidental damage would speak to our local representative and arrange funds to cover the cost. Clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance of their own before travelling.
