This lovely studio is located in Albufeira Jardim, with walking distance to the restaurants and bars in Pateo with marina view. The apartment is in the third floor, has lift, incredible sea view from the balcony. There is a spacious pool for adults and children, the complex is near the Old Town with the fantastic beaches, bars, restaurants and souvenirs shops.
The apartment has a space with a restaurant, barbecue area and a pool for adults and children with fabulous sea view facing south. Inside the apartment there is a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there are two sofa beds that are converted in two single beds perfect for 2 persons stay, there is a little mattress for one small child. A cable tv is available with some english channels and also a radio with cd player. The living room has access to a sunny balcony with table and chairs facing east with sea view.

Apartment Albufeira Jardim has a great location in Pateo, a village which offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the coastline and the marina.
Just 2 minutes walk from home, you will find supermarkets, restaurants with marina view, football every week, snooker, live music, Sky sports, Eurosport and Sport tv. A superb italian restaurant facing the sea with sun deck also here.
Easy access to Albufeira beautiful beaches, a short drive or you can go walking in the descent and reach (only 1 km) the Old Town beaches: Praia do Peneco, Fisherman's beach with its many shops, gypsy markets, bars with Sky Sports, live music, karaoke, cocktails, restaurants with sea view, banks, pharmacies and souvenirs shops.
Another amazing beaches at a short drive with restaurants with sea view are: Nearest are Praia de São Rafael at 4 km, Praia da Coelha and Praia dos Arrifes aproximately 5 km. Popular beaches of Praia do Castelo at 7.5 km and Praia da Galé at 8 km from the property. All with incredible high rocks, cliffs, a beautiful experience and a unforgetable souvenir from Albufeira.
Bus station is at 100m from the apartment with several buses to take you inside Albufeira. There is a shop where you can book tourist buses to take you to Zoomarine, Krazyworld and to the waterparks like Slide and Splash.
Marina Of Albufeira is only 1km from home and offers you great restaurants, shops, an opportunity to sailing all over the coast with grotte tours, champagne cruises, dolphin watching, fishing of the shark, departing daily.
Oura is at 5 minutes drive (aproximately 3 km from the apartment) with its many bars near the beach, fabulous discos and the popular strip.
Nearest golf course is the Balaia golf village just 5 minutes drive and 8 minutes from Sheraton Pine Cliffs.
Algarve Shopping centre
The biggest commercial centre in the Algarve with many cinemas, shops and events.

Rental Notes: All prices are for the property, per week. Minimum period stay is 7 days.
- Changeoverday: Flexible. August, Friday or Saturday.
- Please check availability calendar first. Anything showing as booked has had a booking deposit received and is not available.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance is a deposit of 60%, to be paid six weeks before your arrival.
- Security cheque of 500€ or 350£ is required for security of the equipment of the Villa. This must be paid on arrival in cheque and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
Cancellation: The booking deposit cannot be refunded. The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made 5 weeks before your arrival.
