The villa borders on the Geranium Walkway, which leads on the right to Bobo Beach and onto Playa Del Duque, or on the left to the centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos. The Villa is in an exclusive development offering 3 swimming pools (one heated) and pool bar. The beach is a few minutes walk from the villa as are the many clubs, bars and restaurants of Las Americas. Sit on the balcony watching the yachts and fishing boats go by or spend time at the pool or private garden, relaxing in the sun.
There are numerous bars and fabulous restaurants to choose from, many just a few min walk away. The Villa is in a private complex and the choice is there on whether to have a lively or a quiet holiday. It overlooks the Marina from where you can take fishing trips or trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. Five Golf courses are a short 15-20min taxi ride away. Airport 20min by taxi (approx 15-20 Euros).

Nearest beach 5 minutes walk from the front of the villa. The marina (directly opposite the villa) offers day trips and charters, including fishing trips and trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. Water Sports - Jet Ski, water skiing, para-gliding and diving available at the Puerto Colon Marina. Sightseeing trips are available to Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain) as well as to other towns and areas of interest around Tenerife. There is a waterpark a short walk from the villa or 5 mins away by taxi. A taxi rank is adjacent to the Complex.
Tenerife is a unique island with excellent weather all year round. This villa is in an excellent location and offers an unique alternative to 4 and 5 star hotel accommodation. Shops, bars, restaurants and banks are within walking distance and you have a choice on whether to have a lively action packed holiday or a relaxing quiet one.
