The lake of St Cassien, only 9 km away, provides excellent swimming, sailing and windsurfing undisturbed by motor-boats.The beaches of the Riviera clubs are within easy driving distance.

At Le Lac de St Cassien, only 9km away, boats, pedallos and windsurfers are available to hire. The lake is famous for coarse fishing. Anglers come there from all over Europe.
A large number of good quality golf clubs are within easy reach.
The nearest beach is half an hour away at Cannes. The beaches at Antibes, Juan les Pins and Théoule are within very easy reach. There are more tennis courts 3km away at Le Tignet.
There are good riding schools in the vicinity. In the mountains close by are the flower fields which used to serve the scent factories in Grasse. There are many mapped walks in the area.
Shopping Shopping in the area is a pleasure. Peymeinade and Grasse both have markets and small shops selling a great variety of Provençal specialities and ready cooked meals. In the neighbourhood there are top class restaurants to satisfy most tastes and pockets. Peymeinade has one of the finest butchers in the area and a respected dress maker.
At night and in the early morning Cannes is only 20 minutes' drive away.
Winter There is skiing about an hour away by car at Andon and Greolieres and 2-3 hours away ar Auron, Isola 2000, Valberg and La Foux d'Allos. In February/March the nearbyTanneron valley is covered with flowering Mimosa.
