This is a superb four bedroom modern detached villa which is spread across two floors and has its own private swimming pool, numerous terraces and a private gated driveway. The villa is very well-appointed and comes fully air-conditioned and has Satellite TV. It is situated in a beautiful and quiet rural village and is only a five minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Villaricos and Vera Playa.
The first floor comprises of three bedrooms, all of which are en suite. The master bedroom is a large double room which is bright and airy with a large set of patio doors leading out on to a huge private terrace with countryside views. There is also a further double room, again with patio doors leading on to another private large terrace. The third bedroom is a twin room which also has doors leading out on to a small terrace.
The ground floor consists of a forth bedroom (Double) which like the others has large patio doors opening out on to a lower terrace. Next to the bedroom is a fourth bathroom with WC.
On the ground floor you will also find a large bright open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge comes equipped with English television and DVD / CD player. The lounge area has a large dining table and chair set with double patio doors leading out on to a lower terrace overlooking the pool.
The villa has a very large and well-equipped kitchen that comes fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven & hob, toaster, iron etc. There is also an additional dining table and chair set ideal for those early morning breakfasts.
The outside space is fully secured with a gated entrance making it very safe for children to play. There is plenty of outside space, both shaded and open to enjoy and capture the summer sun. The pool is larger than average at 9 metres long with a shallow end ideal for children. There is plenty of outside seating including a canopied swing seat and lots of sunloungers. There is also a BBQ, great for those summer evenings!

Local activities in and around Mojacar, Almeria
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.
