This house has top quality furniture like sofas in real leather, the kitchen and all bathrooms are equipped with quality granite topped units. The Villa has short walking distance to Montechoro and Oura bars, restaurants and local shops.
The entrance door opens to a hall with access to a cloakroom, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and access to a covered terrace, a separate dining room, an ensuite bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with quality granite topped units that gives access to the private swimming pool.
The first floor has 3 ensuite bedrooms, which one enjoys different views, one is facing south with distant sea view, another with view over the local area and finally the last with view over the pool.
In the backside of the property there is a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, barbecue and garden with great privacy and perfect for sunbathing.
Pool furniture is just beside like sun beds, table and chairs for eating al fresco. There is a spacious garage for you car.
The house is very cosy and pleasant place to stay in your holiday, suitable for all ages.

Visit the popular Strip and discos with sea view near the beach of Oura, open until dawn with tematic parties, like ladies night and foam party.
There are many great restaurants like the irish, indian, pizzeria at short reach, most of them with Sky Sports and live music.
There is a mini golf in Montechoro Fun Park at walking distance. And other popular golf courses can reached in a short drive, only 3 km from the nearest Balaia Golf Village and 6 km from Sheraton Pine Cliffs, both located in Albufeira.

Rental Notes: - Prices in the tariff table are per property per week in Euros, for 2 persons stay. Extra charge for each 2 persons stay per week: 81 Euro.
- In Easter, June, July, August, 1/ 15 September, Xmas, New Year, the price is the same for 2 until 8 persons.
- Changeoverday: Sat or Sun from June until 1/15 Sep. Flexible from 16/30 Sep until May.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am ( to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60% to be paid on the arrival day.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.

The villa was amazing and in a very quiet and safe area.
All the rooms are very clean, and the owner came by every few days to clean the pool and he was very helpful and friendly.
It was a 10 min walk to top of strip, with all shops and bars, Villa was just in the area behind the back of Montechoro Hotel.
I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.
