Located in a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa close to the Marina. The marina has several good quality bars and restaurants. The town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa are about 15 minutes walk away.
The villa has been recently modernised, it is light and airy and has traditional terracotta floor tiling throughout.
The living area consists of a large entrance hall, spacious lounge and open plan dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a brick and stone built barbecue area. There is a television with Sky TV "freeview" channels and a DVD player. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped including all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, eye-level electric oven, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
