There is a good sized, heated pool that can be for private use by arrangement with the owner. It is fenced and open from May to October. There is a nice garden and patio area to enjoy a barbeque.
The downstairs hall leads to a shower room with w/c and basin. There is a good sized, well equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar,lounge and separate Dining room with views to the garden. French doors lead out to your private patio with table, chairs and brolly. Upstairs a light and airy double bedroom with kingsize bed leads to the second bedroom with 3 ft single bed and 3ft pull out bed if required. Built in wardrobe.

Leeds Castle 15 mins by car. Canterbury 20 mins by car.
