Algorfa is a typical Spanish town with a beautiful central square overlooked by a charming Neo-Gothic church and is lined with Child friendly bars and restaurants serving both Spanish and English food. There are plenty of small shops and amenities around Algorfa that will take care of your day-to-day needs such as Banks, Pharmacy, Butchers, Bakers, Post Office, Hairdresser, Hardware and Electrical stores, Garden Centre, and a small English Supermarket.
A traditional market is held on Wednesdays in the central market square and on a Sunday, a larger one, which sell fresh fruit and vegetables from the Veja Baja
The road networks surrounding Algorfa are excellent and give you quick access to Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia. The easily accessible motorways head North to Valencia and Barcelona, West to Madrid and South to Andaluca and Cartegna, providing plenty of shopping and things to do, for the whole family.
