The front door leads to a small lobby off which is a separate, ergonomically designed kitchen including granite work surfaces, microwave, dish washer, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board; together with a wide selection of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Outside the kitchen, the lobby leads to the lounge area which features 2 large comfortable sofas, a LCD TV with satellite (for UK channels) and glass topped dining table with matching chairs. Seating throughout the townhouse is configured for 4 people. There is access from the lounge to a patio which has afternoon and early evening sunshine. This is equipped with table, chairs sun loungers and a gas barbeque. A gate leads out into the poolside area which has 2 WC's, pool showers, an 18m x 9m swimming pool, snack bar and pool bar.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms (double and twin), both with balconies and a beautifully appointed family bathroom with bath, shower, screen, WC and wash hand basin. The double bedroom has king sized bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, stool and mirror. Patio doors lead to a large west facing balcony with table and chairs. The front of the balcony overlooks the pool. The twin room (2 singles) is fitted and furnished in a manner similar to the double room and has patio doors lead out to an east facing balcony (also with table and chairs) for morning sunshine.
A weekly maid service, welcome pack and use of the air-conditioning are included in the rental cost. Please note that the townhouse is strictly non smoking and not suitable for children under the age of seven.

Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars.
