The cottage is a self-contained part of a large house and has been thoughtfully and carefully separated by the owner. The garden has been divided so that you have your own sitting-out areas. If the car beckons then don't forget the Eden Project, St Michael's Mount, St Ives, Land's End are all an easy drive away.

Washing machine in airing cupboard. Upstairs to Main Living room. Kitchen area with much use of natural wood, newly fitted with granite worktop, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Dining table and chairs and Lounge area with wood burning stove. Colour TV and DVD player. Views across Cadgwith. French doors lead to private patio and garden area. Parking: in the cove car park (50 yards away) but you can unload at the house. A season ticket is provided for the car park. Heating: oil fired central heating. Special note: the owners/visitors may occupy the other part of the house but if not occupied parking is available just outside.
