The property is very spacious and the quality of the interior is excellent. The furnishings and facilities make this property a "home from home" and a fantasic place to spend your holiday.
Los Granados is a luxury development that is set aside from all other developments in the area due to the location, wonderful gardens and luxurious apartment quality.
The development has a wonderful, large "lagoon" style communal pool which is great for everyone including small children due to the range in pool depth. Los Granados boasts fantastic manicured gardens which are impeccably maintained to create a inviting tropical ambience. There is 24 hour security, private underground parking and the development is gated. There is also a life guard during the summer months. All these features mean that families can relax knowing that their children are safe. The resort also has sunloungers and sun shades by the pool and direct access to the beach.
All amenities are within a short and flat walking distance. There is a "churinguito" beach bar close by which serves excellent sea food and of course Sangria ! Duquesa Marina is a 10 - 15 minute walk away, here you will find numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and of course a wonderful holiday and family friendly atmosphere.

Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance on a "flat" level. The balcony on this 3rd floor apartment may not be suitable for small children due to safety reasons.
Local activities in and around Duquesa, Costa del Sol - Malaga
Beach - Los Granados enjoys direct access to the beach. There is also an excellent "Churinguito" beach bar and restaurant which serves superb fresh sea food.
Golf - La Duquesa Golf is the nearest golf course being only a 5 minute car drive away. Many excellent courses including Sotogrande, Doña Julia, Finca Cortesin and Valderama are within a 20 minute car drive.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - All amenities are within a 10 minute "flat" walk from Los Granados including Puerto Duquesa marina.
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The taxi rank is a 10 minute walk and is located in Puerto Duquesa marina.
Children & Families - Duquesa is a very family friendly area and the beach, pool, marina and the local town of Sabinillas are usually more than enough activities to keep children occupied. However for those looking for that little extra there are 2 waterparks (20 minute and 40 minute drive). You can also be visit Morrocco, the Zoo and other places of interest in Andalucia. These tirps can be made either on your own or with a local excursion company.

Rental Notes: The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose. A welcome pack will be provided for all guests upon arrival. Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability). Cot and high chair hire can be requested at the time of booking at an additional charge of 30€ and 15€ per week respectively. Maid service is not provided but can be requested at the time of booking at an additional 50€ charge.
