Beach - Sabinillas beach is superb beach with incredible coastal views and wonderful promenade. Sabinillas beach has Blue Flag status and as such excels European standards in health, safety and facilities. It is a wonderfully wide and clean beach and a popular place to spend the day.
Golf - The nearest golf courses are La Duquesa Golf and Doņa Julia which is approximately a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - The property is located in the centre of Sabinillas and therefore all amenities are close to hand. Sabinillas has numerous bars and restaurants with international cuisine. The main attraction is the promenade where there is something for everyone.
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 5 minute walk from the property although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months.
