Each holiday cottage has recently been restored and newly furnished to a high standard with all the modern comforts and equipment.
Situated well off the main road in the Hamlet of Coetdrien in Morbihan, in beautiful countryside and with a large garden and a 3 acre field. The cottages are less than a mile away from the village of Reguiny which has all amenities including a brand new swimming pool, a large carp fishing lake in a wooded area (takes 45 mins to walk around), supermarket, bars, restaurants, vets and pharmacy. There is plenty of flat, nearly traffic free, walking/cycling routes and the nearby Brest -Nantes canal.
The cottages are ideal for impaired mobility, as they have ground floor accommodation only, no stairs and open plan lounge/dining and kitchen areas.
Each cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds in the other and a comfortable fold out bed is available if required. There is also a good-sized bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There are door/window shutters and a large courtyard for parking space.
The nearest beaches are only about 30 minutes drive away Carnac, Trinity-sur-la mer, Auray etc.

Vannes is a very pretty medieval city and about 1/2 hour’s drive away. It has many wonderful shops restaurants and a marina from where there are pleasure trips around the Gulf of Morbihan. Also there is an historic Chateau to visit.
The nearby town Locmine has many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and tenpin bowling. Pontivy also nearby, has riverside walks, a Chateau, supermarkets shops and tenpin bowling as well. The coast is a short drive away where you will discover sandy beaches and rocky coves and a variety of watersports.
For the Energetic
Morbihan offers a wealth of activites all within 45 minutes of the cottages.
Cycling for all stages from the gentle towpaths beside the Blavet river, through quiet country lanes and villages to the more exacting marked trails..
Walking: there are numerous well-marked paths through forests, along the coast and rivers.
Fishing; all types of angling is catered for and daily or weekly permits are available.

Historic towns such as Pontivy, Auray Vannes Josselin and Quimper have retained much of their medieval character and are well worth a visit.
Markets for fresh produce and local crafts are found each day of the week in local towns. Cottages will have details of specific days.
