Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided. Hot and Cold air conditioning throughout.

Seating for 6. In the lounge / dining room there is a 4 seater table. Additional dining space is on the private terrace where there are a further 6 chairs.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV. The SKY Tv is free to air channels only and does not cover such channels as sports or Movie channels.

Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The outdoor dining terrace has 4 sunloungers and a large comfortable dining table with 6 chairs.

Beach - The beach is within a 2 minute drive from the property. There is ample parking on the beach and there is also a superb 'Churinguito' beach bar serving excellent sea food.
Golf - Cortijos de Casares is perfect for keen golfers. Finca Cortesin and Doña Julia golf are within a 4 minute drive and these courses are Europes best courses.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Within a short drive you have excellent bar and restaurant options including fresh seafood in the Churinguito Beach bars and the finest Spanish cuisine in the traditional Spanish 'Ventas'. Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas are both within a 7 minute car drive where there is every variety of bars and restaurants.
Travel - Car hire is essential as all amenities are within a short drive away.
Directions are given at the time of booking. All guests are met by a representative at the Barrington Holidays office in Avenida Miraflores, Sabinillas which is a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
