A nature lover's paradise, a haven of peace and tranquillity, yet only 4kms from the village of Melrand. It sleeps 7 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms.
The house itself has been extensively refurbished. It has a beautiful new country kitchen with all modern appliances. There is a huge living room comfortably and attractively furnished with many original pieces of Breton furniture remaining. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, WC and bedroom with double futon. On the first floor is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom which can accommodate a z bed for an 8th person.

The surrounding woodland and countryside are perfect for walking and cycling and there are many marked trails in the vacinity. The rivers Sarre and Blavet are excellent for fishing, canoeing and cycling along the towpaths. Melrand, only 4kms away has excellant restaurants, bars and local shopping facilities. Lake Guerledan is 30 minutes away for a variety of water sports and the enchanting south coast and Gulf of Morbihan about 45 minutes. Golf is close at hand with many excellant courses within 45 minutes drive. The towns of Pontivy, Vannes, Auray and Josselin are well worth a visit too

Cycling for all stages from the gentle towpaths beside the Blavet river, through quiet country lanes and villages to the more exacting marked trails..
